Thank you for visiting my site! I am a psychotherapist, coach, yoga teacher, musician, and artist. I am passionate about the effectiveness of psychotherapy and coaching to empower individuals and couples to create fulfilling relationships and satisfying sex lives.

My Master’s degree is in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University; this is a holistic and mindful approach to psychotherapy. I believe that we are more than just talking heads and therapy is most healing when integrating mind, body, heart and soul. I have completed advanced trainings in couples and sex therapy at Denver Family Institute, as well as through a Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). I am a level II PACT therapist and hold a certificate in marriage and family therapy. I love working with both individuals and couples. I am constantly in awe of the healing, joy, and deep connection I am honored to witness everyday in my office.

I know from personal experience getting help can be hard. For most of my life I have struggled with a health condition that has had a huge impact on my confidence and sexuality. My healing journey has inspired me to help others feel empowered and vibrant as sexual beings and to grow from the challenges they face. I truly believe you have all you need to cultivate the love and sex you truly desire. Sometimes you just need help uncovering the wisdom and power to get there.

I have a passion for working with the queer community and identify as sexually fluid/bisexual. I have worked as an intern therapist at the Gender Identity Center of Colorado. Additionally, I volunteer with Out Boulder’s Speaking Out program where I am part of a panel that educates the community through telling our stories to schools, businesses, and organizations. What does it mean to be fluid? You can also check out my Youtube channel Fluid Being that features stories and perspectives of individuals who identify as sexually fluid and or gender fluid.

My purpose is to help people of all genders and orientations to embrace their sexuality and call in the love they want. I fully believe you can create the love, confidence, sex, and relationship you desire.  I would be honored to help you step into your power and walk with you on this path!

Take the first step towards creating the positive changes you desire.

I'm part of a group practice called the Love, Sex, and Gender Center.
